The Team


Tracy Hayes, President

Tracy has over 25 years of experience in property management and corporate housing. In 1995, while working as a community manager for CWS Apartment Homes, Tracy recognized an opportunity to provide furnished housing for corporate guests and started CWS Corporate Housing. Under her leadership, CWS Corporate Housing has grown to become the largest provider of corporate housing in Texas, with offices in seven cities throughout Texas and North Carolina.

Under Tracy's leadership, CWS has received numerous business and industry awards including: Austin Business Journal's Best Places to Work and Fast 50 awards, Cartus Commitment to Excellence Platinum Award and Corporate Housing Providers Association's Provider Member of the Year and Oakwood Corporate Housing Supplier of the Year, as well as being listing on the Inc. 500 list as one of the fastest growing companies.

In addition to her role in CWS Corporate Housing, Tracy is active in various industry and business organizations. She is a board member for the Texas Association of Business and a member of Vistage CEO group. She was also previously the President of Corporate Housing Providers Association and is currently on the Board of the Directors and served as a member of the U.S. Advisory Council at Worldwide ERC.

Tracy obtained a degree in Organizational Communication from St. Edward's University. Tracy has earned the Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) and Certified Corporate Housing Provider designations. She is the founder of BRIDGE, a company sponsored program designed to encourage individuals to become involved in the community, which received the Best Community Philanthropic Program award from Corporate Housing Providers Association. Tracy is active in several community causes including Court Appointed Special Advocates, Williamson County Child Advocacy and His Grace Foundation.

Lorrie Lee, Vice President of Operations

Lorrie joined CWS Corporate Housing in 1998 as the Director of Finance. She remained in this position for eight years, managing, controlling and administrating all fiscal operations for the company. In 2006, Lorrie became the Director of Operations and was promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2008.

Lorrie is responsible for the overall customer service process and experience and believes that our extraordinary customer service foundation plays a vital role in the success of CWS Corporate Housing. She leads the operational communication for the company and is responsible for overseeing and managing teams of Area Managers in Texas, Louisiana, North Carolina and Georgia. Lorrie encourages team members to target local, strategic operations, allowing CWS Corporate Housing to focus on our customers' most challenging concerns.

Lorrie holds a degree in Business Administration from Texas State University and has earned her designations as a Certified Corporate Housing Provider (CCHP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS).

Teresa Taylor-Mathis, Controller

Teresa Taylor-Mathis has been a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas since 1997. She has experience in several industries where she has been active and influential in helping revamp accounting departments in order to provide accurate and timely financials to the owners, lenders and board members.

Before joining CWS Corporate Housing, Teresa started her career with the Trammell Crow Company. She was responsible for the property management and accounting operations, including management of the accounting department. In 2002, Teresa worked as the Manager of Accounting and Reporting for Farm Credit Bank of Texas and in 2003, she progressed into the Controller position of Meyer Residential and Student Housing USA, where she managed the accounting operations for student housing apartments and condominium developments. Teresa moved on to become the Controller and Human Resource Manager for Burks Digital Reprographics where she assumed the responsibility for planning, directing and coordinating all financial activities.

Teresa joined CWS Corporate Housing in 2010 as the Controller. In this role, Teresa is responsible for the management and oversight of the Accounting Department including: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Sales Tax, Financial Accounting, Fiscal Control, and Reporting Analysis. Since joining the team, Teresa has established a relationship with a national electric company, created awareness and discipline towards indirect costs, restructured sales tax reporting, produced financial accountability and restored the company's balance sheet.

Teresa graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting. In addition to having her CPA Certification, Teresa is an active member in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Austin Chapter of the Texas Society of CPA's (TSCPA).

Robbye Carver, Vice President of Client Services

Robbye has spent the last 18 years working in the corporate housing industry where her dedication and passion for the industry continues to flourish. Her career with CWS Corporate Housing began in 1998 when she joined the Austin team as a Guest Services Coordinator. Shortly thereafter, she was promoted to the Area Manager, where she lead the Austin team for six years.

In 2006, Robbye played an instrumental role in developing the Client Services Team, as there was a growing demand to develop a more streamlined process for our relocation and Fortune 500 clients. In 2009, Robbye was appointed as the Director of Client Services and in May 2015 was promoted to Vice President of Client Services where she oversees the daily activity of the Client Services team and manages client engagement, including overall client satisfaction, quality of service and client retention. Robbye felt compelled to further establish her knowledge of the industry and in 2010 she obtained her GMS designation from Worldwide ERC.

Jennifer Garza, Vice President of Home Services

Jennifer Garza has more than 13 years of experience in the corporate housing industry. During the course of her career with CWS Corporate Housing, Jennifer's continued competency to effectively implement change has proven to be successful in a number of roles throughout the organization.

Jennifer's career with CWS Corporate Housing began in 1998 as the Office Coordinator, where she devoted her time to overseeing the day-to-day functions of the corporate office. In 2004, she was promoted to the Accounting Manager. As the Accounting Manager, Jennifer increased efficiencies by streamlining processes and she developed policies and procedures that CWS Corporate Housing still follows today. In 2007, Jennifer became the Training and Compliance Manager where she works on a variety of compliance-related issues, including designing a comprehensive training and auditing system. In April 2015, Jenny was promoted to Vice President of Home Services where she manages Teams in Austin, Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth and Charlotte, NC overseeing the furniture and housewares division of CWS Corporate Housing. 

Jennifer's experience spans the fields of compensation management, recruitment, diversity, harassment prevention and organizational development. She oversees many disciplines, including Human Resources, Payroll, Training, Compliance, Risk Management and Process Improvement. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communication from St. Edwards University.
